A Fall Afternoon at Creve Coeur lake is a 2024 painting done using acrylic on canvas. The original is 24" x 24" and is from a photograph I took while on a family walk with my husband and children. We are originally from Louisiana, where the season of Fall was oftentimes hot and muggy like the summers there. When we moved to Missouri in 2015, one of the most pleasant surprises for us was that we get the four seasons here! Fall quickly became a favorite season for our entire family and it is in the Fall that we can be found outdoors the most, soaking in every bit of the wonderful weather before hunkering down for the winter.
